- Late-stage bet: learning design as its own category. Helped define product direction toward a Learning Design System and design patterns for ethics and applied AI risk. Responded to gen-AI disruption with educational designs built to make learning and accreditation resilient.

How I work
I work towards a vision by starting from a systems-perspective. What are the bottlenecks? What are the incentives and economics of the solution space? I believe the best team is only as good as the strategy and big bets they rely on, and religiously believe in setting yourself up to evaluate those evidence-based. I'd rather prototype the hard parts than workshop it to death. Leading by proposal to acquire feedback early catalyses any process.
